Yes! Shop Cabinets offers cabinet samples so you can see the actual style, finish, and color before placing your cabinet order. Samples make it easy to compare your cabinet selection with your countertops, flooring, backsplash, and lighting before making your final decision.

Samples are $19.99 each and ship free. When you purchase your cabinets from Shop Cabinets, the cost of up to three samples will be credited toward your cabinet order.

Ordering your cabinets online is simple. If you need help creating a layout, start with our free 3D Kitchen Designer to plan your space and determine the cabinet sizes you need. Once your design is finalized, add your selected cabinets to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

If you already know the cabinet sizes and layout you need, you can add your cabinets directly to your cart and proceed to checkout.

After checkout, a Shop Cabinets associate will review your order details with you, confirm your selections, and provide your final quote for payment.

Yes! You can purchase individual cabinets without ordering an entire kitchen. Shop Cabinets offers individual cabinets for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and other creative spaces, allowing you to purchase only what you need for your project.

Yes. Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 48 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet shipped. Please contact the Shop Cabinets team as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order and delivery location. Shop Cabinets offers free shipping on orders over $1,500 within the contiguous United States. Orders below the free shipping threshold may be subject to shipping charges, which will be confirmed before your order is finalized.

Most cabinet orders are delivered by freight carrier on pallets using a power tailgate. Smaller shipments may be delivered by UPS or FedEx.

Please note: Shop Cabinets currently ships only within the contiguous United States and does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Orders typically require 2–3 business days for fulfillment. Once shipped, ground delivery generally takes an additional 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Most cabinet orders are shipped on pallets and delivered by a freight carrier equipped with a power tailgate, which allows the carrier to unload the pallet at the delivery location. Smaller orders or individual cabinets may be shipped through UPS or FedEx.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts, please contact the Shop Cabinets sales team as soon as possible. We will work with you to review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of any damaged items and packaging, as these may be needed to process your claim.
